What’s this?
An experiment in getting things online faster and with less ceremony. For example: when I update HOWTOs, e-mail newsletter subscribers are not notified (however, I may mention new entries in monthly links & notes).

HOWTO
- Check in
- Various simple ways to check in with a group. How is everyone doing at the beginning or the end?
- Collect data on the performance of a process
- Suggested measures and other data points to gather; a diagram to attach them to.
- Describe highly variable work with WURA/PQR
- Method for understanding small-batch or customizable work processes.
Additional how-tos but in the form of regular old blog posts, lol
